Reflection

Overall this module was fairly new but familiar experience. I was use to digital painting as I had few projects that required digital painting. Mostly they were character designs, portrait illustrations and more. However it was a new experience to mainly focus on vehicles and props. Perspective was the most challenging part of this module and had to start of with turning simple shapes to develop better understanding. As this module was connected to character design concepts, it was fun to expand the world concept that I am creating. It was similar to character design as I started off with multiple thumbnails chose one to develop details and texture and so on. One of the unexpected challenges were painting backgrounds. Sometime the background perspective did not blend in with the vehicle design or the colors did not match. Rendering plants and grounds were also big issues through out painting the backgrounds. I have learned a lot through out the module and hope it will help me on future studies and projects.
