Reflection

What are the 3 key things I have learnt in this module this semester

one of the key thing i have learnt is the way of taking research on articles and journals and break them down and support evidence to my study. I have gained lots of interesting and useful knowledge while collecting data for my study.

The other thing that i learned in this module is to write structural dissertation. The data that needs to be collected and how it needs to be arranged and used were confusing time to time but in the end it was rewarding work.

The last thing that i learn that i value is to design and produce a flip book in PDF. It was one of the assignment that i enjoyed in this module where i could design rather than collecting data suitable for my study or writing down my findings.

What are my strengths and weakness in this module?

It was difficult to me to write long dissertation, read and collect data and to form structural statements to support evidence to my findings as I was not used to these kinds of assignments. However while doing book design, I've used my illustrations which fitted in my study (how illustrations attracts viewers), designing the book format and visual elements like butterflies flying over page numbers were enjoyable. I was pleased with the design of the final outcome of the book. 

How have I changed after taking this module?

I have gained lots of knowledge base on how viewers observe illustrations, of how colors, age, stylisation takes important factor to attract them. the data gained will be useful for future studies and helpful for painting illustrations.

If i could improve this module, it would be notice of all the assignments. It was difficult to cope up with all the assignments and was critical to time managements when i thought that the module was over after few assignments but it kept adding on. It would be better if the lecturers tell all the assignments simple clearly verbally notice of how many submissions there will be in the first week.
